One of the first places I observed birds in Florida was at a marsh Near Collier-Seminole State Park. The birds were everywhere and I loved the way they interacted with the world around them. I came up on this Great Blue Heron near one of the streams as I came around the corner. I thought it would fly off but it did not flinch and hung around even after I was leaving.
