I tried heading off a cell that was expected to land about an hour east of Denver right before sunset. The cell never hit there but I saw one of the most beautiful sunsets I had ever seen in the eastern plains. I saw the cell about an hour north so I headed up to Fort Morgan to chase it. I got out on a country road and pulled off just in time to get the final 4 bolts of the entire night. The ambient light in this shot is coming from the headlights of my truck.
