As I was shooting sunrise in Everglades National Park, I went over to an outlook to look for gators. I couldn’t find any and by the time I was about to leave I looked over and saw this beautiful Heron standing in the early morning light. The highlights that were surrounding the bird and the foliage around it were providing a soothing way to start the day.
