One of my favorite parts of the Everglades was the insane amount of alligators that were floating in the swamps. I came up to this swamp and this particular gator swam right up near me which was very unusual. I took some shots of it up close trying to capture its complexity. It was not until I got back to edit this photo that I noticed the mosquito sitting on the snout of this gator.
